additional tournaments may be added

• 10 team practices
• 6 Tournaments
• Team Uniform (2 Jerseys, Socks, Shells)
• Team hat & Jacket
• Team Insurance 

fee: $1250.00 per player
- any remaining funds will be split evenly at the end of the season or could be used for a team wind-up

any sponsorships will go towards team door entry and/or additional training opportunities.
